Coral CEA collaborates with its members through Lead Projects that promote the health of the overall ecosystem.

A member addressing a commercial opportunity may identify a gap in its own capability and that of the ecosystem which impedes its commercial success. For example, a business or technical building block may be missing, preventing the member from providing a whole solution to a market problem. Normally the member would need to fill this gap by themselves; however, if the proposed solution is of general value and will be made available to the entire ecosystem, Coral CEA may contribute funds to help members to fill the gap.

To pursue a Lead Project, a member should contact the Center Manager to ensure that it qualifies and to enter the application process. Coral CEA Lead Projects do not fund research or company-specific business plans.
